We had the almost unbelievable misfortune to have two, count them 2, 24-hour travel delays on this trip: one going, and one coming back. If something like that happens to you, be sure to save every piece of paper you get: old and new boarding passes, original itinerary, etc. You will need them to file a claim. The company was great. They paid the claim promptly and with a note that said: "It has been a pleasure to be of service."
