it took over a year and several submission of the claim and several rejections before they decide to pay the claim.. you can never speak to someone on the claim department.... I will NEVER buy this insurance again or recommend to anyone.

InsureMyTrip does offer claims advocate assistance in the event you experience difficulties during this process. To request an advocate you can us at 800-487-4722 or email us at [email protected]. Customer Advocates contact the insurance providers on the customers behalf in an effort to resolve claim issues.Nov 28,2017
