My traveling companion became ill and was unable to take the trip. I tried to use a signed doctor's note from her to claim reimbursement, but Nationwide insisted that I have the doctor fill out their "special" form. I will never use Nationwide Travel Insurance again.

The best insurance is one you never have to use....we we're fortunate to fall in this category. So, while I can't provide feedback on the claims process, I can say that our policy provided excellent coverage for a very reasonable price. We would definitely buy this policy again.
