Travel insurance is a strange product in that you have to have it but hope you don't have to use it. We are glad that our trip took place without needing to call on it. As far as the buying experience goes, that was all very smooth.

I am glad I did not have a chance to use it since everything went well. I did not have any reason to file a claim but had peace of myself nd while was on this trip

Fortunately we did not have to use the policy. I did have some questions about coverage before hand and was given clear answers as to what was covered. I needed to make a policy change and it was handled promptly by Travelex. Will definitely look at this company again for future trips.

I didn't make any claims and had no problems on this trip... but I have used Travelex in the past where I did have a claim (for lost luggage) - they were helpful and made the process easy. I would use them again.

The purchase was simple, plenty of options and the price was better than what was offered by the travel company. I can't review how easy they are to deal with for a claim as all went well on our trip and we didn't need to go that route. I would definitely use Insuremytrip again.
