When I contacted the rep I was told sorry no help for you.
Doesn't make me very happy after all the trips I have insured with you in the past.

Getting a Travel Protection Plan such as the April Travel Protection Choice Plan gives us peace of mind when we travel. A low cost value that gives us protection where ever we travel knowing that should anything happen to either of us we have the protection. We wouldn't travel anywhere without it.

I found the customer service exceptional. Every time I called with a question or change request to my policy everything was handled promptly and efficiently. I received confirmation of any changes very quickly after I requested them. One change involved adding extra days and the cost was very reasonable.
