I did not implement the plan, or should I say it wasn't needed, so I don't really know how user friendly it is but I traveled with a lighter heart thinking I was covered.

We've never filed a claim, so we haven't had to test that crucially important dimension of all insurance policies, but the coverage appears to be what we seek: medical evacuation from a foreign country in the event of a medical emergency. The medical coverages are second-tier after our primary insurance, which is our preference. The cost of the policy seems reasonable, and is, of course, much less than policies with first-tier medical status.
