Travel Insurance Reviews for Travelex

This was my first trip out of the country since I switched to Medicare for health coverage. Medicare does not provide any coverage outside the US. Previously my employer -sponsored health coverage provided emergency care out of the country. Fortunately I did not have to use the plan but wanted the reassurance to know it was there if I needed it.
I liked the communication provided by the company just prior to my trip with a link to the policy etc.
I will use this same plan again for future trips.

Fortunately, I did not have to use the insurance, but it provided what I needed (evacuation & repatriation coverage) at a reasonable price.

Didn't have a chance to make any claims. This is good, I suppose).
Overall good plan. It's nice to have a piece mind in case of something happens.

Since our vacation went smoothly we had no reason to use the insurance; however, the peace of mind was worth the cost. The website application works very well.

The best plan is the one you don't need to use.

Felt so smug when I heard passenger horror stories who had failed to get coverage. Glad I did not have to use it, but I just knew I was in good hands if I had to. It is worth peace of mind.

A basic plan buys affordable peace of mind. Totally worth it.

Fortunately it was not needed; but having it contributed to the relaxed feeling a cruise shoud have.

Since didn't have to use it can't say It met what I felt I need if things went bad on the trip
