The insurance provided by this plan covered the items we wanted to cover in the amounts we needed for a reasonable price. Fortunately, we did not need to file a claim, so this positive review refers only to the stated coverage and the pre-need "paperwork".
It's much more important for buyers to review the experiences of people who had to file claims to see whether they considered the claims process to be efficient, reasonable and fair. Otherwise, it's possible to purchase a 5 star rated policy only to find when you actually need it it is no better than 1 star. The reviews written by actual claimants helped me decide that this policy was the right choice.

While I am happy that I did not file any claim, I noticed that my brother got a different policy than I did. There was not anything different about the trip except that he stayed longer. I am questioning why his plan was more extensive in coverage than mine even though we visited the same place. As for the coverage, while I did not need it felt good to have it just in case of an emergency.

Didn't need but always get insurance for the medical, since Medicare covers nothing out of the US. I find the people at Insure My Trip to be very helpful each time I ask for specific coverage.
