Travel Insurance Reviews for GeoBlue

Once again I bought important coverage. Fortunately I have never been ill on a trip or ever filed a claim. It was nice to have a wallet card for the trip which arrived just before I left for Europe.

Although we did not file a claim, I was impressed with the service we received from GeoBlue. They sent us information and ID cards promptly, and an e-mail shortly before we traveled reminding us of contact numbers, etc.

We were also once again impressed with the service and advice we received from Insuremytrip.

Without having made a claim it is difficult to evaluate anything but price for coverage. I have used Insure my trip before and have always been satisfied. Thankfully, I have never filed a claim.

It provided the medical cover I wanted. I didn't think the certificate was particularly clear about the eligibility requirements and how it works with Medicare-I had to call your toll-free number to make sure we were eligible.

Luckily I did not need to use the insurance but liked knowing it was available! Will purchase it again for future travel!

My only comment is when I went to the website to print my card it didn't recognize by email/password login. I then tried to call customer service and was never able to get through the prompts to speak to a live person. I had printed the confirmation page when I first signed up and had that as proof...but I was extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service when I needed it.
