After submitting all of our supporting documentation for our trip cancellation due to my husband sustaining a stroke four days before the cruise, once the claim was assigned to a claims representative, it was processed immediately.

While I always get cruise insurance, thank goodness, I did not have to use it. You just never know when something is going to happen. I will be calling to get coverage again on my upcoming cruise soon. Thank you for giving me peace of mind.

Since I did not file a claim, it's hard to say how good they are, but they get good ratings and are reasonably priced with good coverage, so I would purchase insurance from them again.
