I didn't have any reason to use the plan so I don't know how satisfied I would have been in that eventuality. However, the plan seems to be quite comprehensive and much more reasonably priced than its competitors.

I am not sure how to use a product I have not used - I did not file a claim. I find that it is really easy to buy a travel insurance policy and very hard to collect any benefits.
