Travel Insurance Reviews for International Medical Group

All documents and plan details were in order and satisfied all my travel insurance requirements.

I did not need to use the coverage, thank goodness, but just knowing that I had the protection offered, is always a relief!

Very easy to purchase.

Thankfully I never needed to use the plan I purchased, but it was good to know you were there for me just in case.

Since no event happened I cannot tell if my insurance would have covered it or not. And since I don't exactly know the extent of the coverage I cannot tell if the price was reasonable.
(But since it is not allowed to submit an opinion without answering these two questions I gave a neutral answer to them.)

The Cruise to Cuba was cancelled following Presidents Trump stopping Cuban cruising. I received a full refund from both the cruiseline ( Oceania) and the Insurance company who waived there normal rules.

The Plan was most affordable, and customer service was great, will definitely use YOU on my next international trip.

We were happy to have the coverage just in case and even happier that we didn't have to use it.

I did not have to file a claim, so my review is based on the policy and cost. My policy was for 2 people, a 5 day cruise to Bahamas and Cuba. The cost was similar to the insurance the cruise offered, but we had a LOT more coverage. I will purchase trip insurance here again, not from the cruise line. This insurance gave me better piece of mind.

Thankfully, I didn't have to make a claim.
