Any insurance is purchased with the idea of never having to use it. Since we thankfully didn't have to use it it's hard to judge whether it would have covered all situations but we think it was reasonably priced and therefore we were satisfied.

Fortunately, I had no problems with my travel and so did not interact further with the insurance provider after buying the policy. The coverage appeared to be very good but was not put to the test.
