Purchasing this plan was easy. The rep who helped me decide on a plan was knowledgeable and professional. I had a medical emergency and the phone rep was very helpful in finding an emergency room for me. Medical care was excellent and while the hospital initially asked me to pay in full, I asked an insurance rep to talk to them. As a result I was able to pay only my deductible and the balance was paid by geo blue. I couldn't be happier with this plan.

The amounts of the coverage needs to be included on the card. They wouldn't accept my card because it didn't give an amount. Luckily I found my coverage before the plane left.
