Travelex through Insure My Trip covered us for a cruise that was cancelled due to COVID. We were able to get back all our pre-paid money (airline, hotel, cruise deposit, etc.) WITHOUT making a claim with Travelex. Travelex customer service allowed us to maintain a credit for ANY other travel for at least a year. We chose a different trip, had Travelex insure it, and as the new trip cost less than the original cruise, they refunded us the difference, "hassle-free!". We found them very customer responsive, professional and ethical.

Our trip from Singapore was cancelled Feb. 13, 2020 cruise on Princess Sapphire and sent them an email including your company and didn't get any reply from either.
I am very disappointed with no support.

Good afternoon. I did not have any problems during this trip so I will be brief. I would like to see a plan where once a claim was not submitted 10-20% of the premium can be refunded. Otherwise, the value is just not really there. The ship did not allow my daughter to participate in the Teen Center because she turned 18 on December 10, 2015 and the teen center was for children 13-17. Also, if my child has intellectual disability but she is high functioning she should have been allowed to have fun and make friends in their room for 13-17 year olds. I spoke to 7 employees on this ship and still the answer was I'm sorry Ms. Quartey, that is the policy. Meanwhile their no smoking policy was being broken every night in the Casino. Go figure.
