We did not have to file a claim but there was a time during the trip that we were sure the airline was going to lose our luggage as we got bumped on a few flights - thankfully the luggage arrived with us but we were very glad we HAD OUR INS PLAN in place just in case things had not worked out with our luggage. thank you.

I was very happy with the purchase of this plan. It did not give me anything I didn't need and was a very reasonably priced policy. This is the second policy I've purchased from Generali Global Assistance and I will continue to seek them out for my future travel insurance needs.

Good to know the basics are covered but think the cost could be a bit lower.

I felt much better knowing I was insured for whatever might come my way. Fortunately everything was fine

I liked the terms and price of this plan. We did not have to submit a claim and had no problems, but I am always feel better taking longer, more expensive trips with trip insurance. So I was glad I had it available if needed.

Luckily we didn't need to use this, but got good medical and medical airlift coverage for a Caribbean and Mexico cruise for a very reasonable price. Very easy to sign up for online

Peace of mind.

I thankfully did not need to file a claim. It gave me peace of mind during my trip, and seemed a good value for the money.
