The insurance plan covered more than enough for the problems we tried to plan for. Everything went great while we were on vacation and thank goodness didn’t need to implement the insurance plan. It gave us a great deal of peace of mind knowing that if something did happen, we would be more than enough covered. Definitely would recommend this travel plan for anyone traveling. Will do it again for myself and spouse.

Now that my claim has been settled, I would say I am satisfied. Trying to get through on the phone to customer service was quite a challenge. However kudos to customer service representative. I would give the company five stars. She was extremely helpful and assured me that this claim would be handled effectively, fairly and to my satisfaction. It’s employees that make a difference when dealing with a big corporation. So overall I would give the insurance company a good rating .

Insurance is always a waste of money unless you need it. With Covid complications I felt this was a good investment. Delighted we did not need to file a claim.

Not only was the processing of this insurance policy so quick and easy, it was very reasonably priced and covered an array of potential issues. I could travel with the freedom of knowing I was covered if something happened. Thankfully, nothing did. But if you ever really need insurance, you can't get it. An incredible value.
