We got the coverage we needed

Price was higher than comparable plans but I preferred to go with Nationwide because it was a company whose name I was familiar with

It was easy to find a plan with the coverage that I needed. My travel companion is my 92 year old mother so it was imperative that I have the best coverage at a reasonable cost. I did not file a claim so I cannot comment on those aspects.

Although I didn't have the need to file a claim, as our cruise went wonferfully, this plan provided me with the peace and worry-free trip we had planned. I know if something happened, we would have been covered while out of the Country.

Next time would like a policy for cancel for any reason.

I travel frequently and will add this company to my list to check. Easy to apply I hope they would be easy to deal with claims as well.

I was pleased with the flexibility in moving this policy around, caused by the pandemic. I think Nationwide and Insure MyTrip were good to work with.

a portion of our trip had to be cancelled therefore our plan had to be changed and a portion of the original cost refunded. emailed the situation with docs to Nationwide CS and it was addressed timely.
each call to CS was answered by a real person and issue addressed. Good policy and customer service.

In these pandemic times, it is imperative to carry a good travel insurance policy before venturing out in the world. This Nationwide policy fit the bill for my first cruise in two years.
