Thank you to InsureMyTrip, they stepped in and resolved our issue with HCC and all our claims are now paid. Unfortunately I still would not recommend HCC since they were not very helpful and the phone representatives were uninformative and in some cases, rude. They did pay our claims, though, so that's a good sign, I just hope they improve their internal organization.

The plan for my mother-in-law was a little expensive. However, I believe that's because she's 76 years old.

    Thank you for your feedback on the policy. Premiums for travel medical plans are calculated based on duration of coverage and the age of the traveler.
