Didn’t need to make a claim

Luckily I didn’t need to use my insurance. But was good to know I had it in case something happened.

I didn’t make a claim since I didn’t get sick thanks God but I feel that the coverage I bought was sufficient for what I needed just in case.

Took the plan information with me. I felt confident that I was appropriately covered. I cannot speak to the process of putting in a claim since I’m not planning on it. I hope that if I had a claim, it would be processed quickly.

We chose the policy for it's cancel for any reason provision as we planned the trip months in advance and things can come up before the trip. We thought the policy was a really good value for the coverage. Fortunately everything went fine. Would definitely look at this policy for future trips.

Didn't need to use it, glad I had it

Easy purchase for trip insurance to Italy. I have a rare autoimmune disorder that's been in remission for several years so having this insurance on our first European trip was very reassuring. Highly recommend.

I didn’t have to use the plan so I can’t review the claims process. However, the plan was reasonably priced compared to some others and communication was great throughout.

The customer service help was excellent as I was looking for the right plan. The price was resonable. I recommended it to 3 of my friends.

Fortunately we did not have to file a claim.
