Very good website & very helpful customer service rep who provided support without applying any pressure to buy.

Fortunately I did not need to file a claim. Based on others reviews and cost for the plan I bought coverage.

Fortunately, have never needed to use it for a claim, so I cannot comment on how that process will work. But I have purchased this policy for a number of overseas trips to Italy and Russia.

I didn't make a claim, so can't comment on how claims are handled. However, the buying process was easy, and I had peace of mind knowing I could be medevac'd out from my trip without bankrupting me.

We didn't have need of this policy. But as others have said, it's good have it in your pocket just in case.

I am always glad to have the policy and happier not to have to use it.

We did not have to file a claim. And, that would be the real measure of the plan. Nonetheless, I did like to fact that they had direct access to providers and an app that could be used to search as well

Fortunately, we didn't have any reason to use the insurance, but felt confident that we would have good coverage, just in case. Because you never know!

Fortunately we did not require any medical assistance.
