I did not have a claim to file, but I chose this plan based on claim handling rating from other users before I went on my trip. The price was reasonable too. If I bought insurance with my cruise ticket, it would have been much more expensive for the same plan.

Have bought from CSA both this year (2011) and last year (2010) for major trips. Never had to file a claim (thank you God) but was very pleased with coverage and cost.
