Maybe the worst experience I've ever had with travel insurance. I got the "platinum plan" which covered flight delays, cancellations and a ticket change fee of $250. When my flight home was cancelled and I was going to get stuck in west africa I called AXA for help and was told "oh, there's no monetary value to your policy, you shouldn't even bother filing a claim." I know insurance companies like to find reasons to deny coverage, but they're supposed to at least let me file a claim first. That's fraud. Worst. Company. Ever.
