Glad that we did not have to use it but it gave us a total feeling of security to have it, particularly in these days that some many things are going on.

The peace of mind knowing I had insurance while traveling was well worth the cost!

We had some damage to one of our luggage. We reported it to the airline but did not hear back. It wad not clear to us if our Insurance covered having the damaged repaired.

Fortunately, we did not need to write a claim, but as always were relieved to have the coverage if it had been necessary...

Though I didn't need to file any claims (thank goodness), having the coverage did provide peace of mind. I would definitely consider purchasing another plan for big ticket trip in the future.

I chose Travelex because they offer primary coverage.

The rep at InsureMyTrip did a great job in directing me in my purchase of insurance for my trip to Europe. Fortunately I did not have to use the service. I will call you again for my future trips and also refer you.

I did not need to use my insurance, so my experience is only based on what I was offered, Thankfully I did not have any problems that required me to file a claim.

It's really hard to rate a plan when you didn't need to use the insurance. But I felt comfortable that we would be covered if we DID need it, at least to be reimbursed afterwards.

I purchased the only plan you offer in NY State which
1. provides PRIMARY coverage. Yes, I realize that it is not MORE coverage and I've never filed a claim on any policy. However, I realize that should I ever need to file a claim, secondary coverage doubles, complicates and makes any claim take much longer.
I want to simplify my life should I ever need to file a claim.
2. Cancel for Any Reason is also important to us. Sometimes we book vacations almost two years in advance. We're about to book one 14 months in advance. We've never cancelled but it always remains a possibility that we'll have to for an otherwise uncovered reason. Our previous policy was 80%. Our most recent was 70%. When you factor in approx. a 15% premium, it would only pay about 55%. Please keep your eyes peeled for more extensive Cancel for Any Reason coverage.

I fully realize that you offer only policies you find worthy. I really appreciate that.

We've bought several policies thru you. I've ALWAYS received excellent phone support when deciding which policies to buy. Our last trip involved two policies as we were taking a non-family member, who does not live with us, on the trip as a gift. Your person carefully made certain that our policies were properly drawn. i.e., if my husband and I had to Cancel For Any Reason, we would be able to Cancel for Any Reason our guest's trip.
