This is the third time I have used this insurance. Luckily I only needed the coverage once. When I did file a claim the response was excellent. Great insurance at a great price. Highly recommend.

I would just remind travelers that when they make their reservations they need to do the travel insurance at the same time or preexisting conditions are not covered. This was my fault for not knowing.

I booked a trip to Germany through a tour company. I unknowingly paid for their trip insurance as part of the tour price. When I investigated their insurance company, I discovered that the coverage benefited the company more than it benefited me. So, I decided to do what I always do when I take a big trip: Go to insuremytrip.com and get me some travel insurance that benefits me. As usual I was satisfied with my purchase. Fortunately I didn't have to use it but I was happy knowing that I was covered just in case.
