I called General Global on 9/20, after going to my London hotel, trying to check in, was told no hot water, and they didn’t know when it would be fixed, waiting for a part. Rep. Looked at my policy and I was told not covered for trip interruption, even though I didn’t know if hot water problem would be fixed, and I would need to go to another hotel. I was very disappointed with General Global coverage. . Eventually there was hot water.
