I broke my foot right before my vacation on canada ended. I was reimbursed for the emergency clinic I went to. Would definitely purchase this travel insurance again.

I would definitely recommend Travelex to family and friends and I would use this plan again. They were helpful and prompt when we first inquired about the possibility of making a claim due to a family emergency. When it became necessary for us to cancel our trip we had the forms and the information we needed to file a claim. Once we submitted the necessary documentation they responded quickly and paid our claim. We were sorry to have to cancel our trip but very happy that we had purchased the Travelex Travel Select plan.

They acted swiftly and to the point,, Did exactly what they said and the money was here sooner then i thought it would be. Very polite people on then phone and explained it well..
