We have used the GeoBlue Voyager Choice for trips for the past several years. A couple of trips ago, our son was ill and had to visit the emergency room at a hospital. We received a couple of different bills from the hospital, and I filed claims for those bills. One was reimbursed in a couple of weeks. The second was misprocessed, but I re-filed it with clarifications and it was also reimbursed a couple of weeks later. Bottom line is that when we need to file claims, GeoBlue did indeed process and reimburse us.

While no one wants to seek medical treatment in a foreign country, GeoBlue came through in Canada for a doctor's office visit during our recent vacation. The local clinic worked out a direct billing arrangement and all is good. The personnel at GeoBlue were a pleasure to work with.
