There was no need so it is hard to evaluate. It would be wiser to consider the input of those who had to ask for service. Their experience would better tell you if what you offered was good or bad. You offered peace of mind and I got what I paid for.

Sorry, I was unable to go on the trip due to hospitalization of a fellow traveler, but it was too late to get a refund prior to trip date. Would have been better to let one cancel up to trip date with only an administrative cost before a partial refund, or maybe a discount on our next use of coverages. I was glad to see several vendors to compare coverages prior to purchase.
