My departing flight was delayed 5 hours - which meant I would miss my connecting flight to my final destination.

As a result, I had to cancel my trip and never used the coverage.

I think that HTH travelgap insurance provides the best options for the money. I never used the insurance, but had peace of mind knowing I was covered.
