Fortunately did not need to use the insurance on a recent trip to Iceland. I did speak with someone on the phone during the purchase process who was pleasant and answered my questions satisfactorily.

The process to apply for the insurance was easy. I put that I was satisfied with the plan as 5 stars but that is based on what the coverage was, I did not need to file a claim, so I cannot really judge on how well the Insurance would handle it if a claim was filed,

Although, we didn't have an occasion to utilize the insurance. I felt very confident in our choice of HTH Worldwide. The customer service was impeccable. They even sent us an email before we left wishing us a great vacation. We will definitely us HTH Worldwide for all of our future travel insurance needs!

The medical insurance price was reasonable and buying online was straightforward.

Fortunately, I did not have need of the plan, but it was reassuring to know that I had the information with me "just in case." It's like safety equipment in a car. You hope you never have to use it, but if you do, you're glad you have it.

The website was easy to navigate and compare plans. The coverage was reasonably priced. Luckily we didn't have to use it, so I cannot comment about submitting a claim.
