Your price was competitive with others, allowed us to select the degree of coverage we were comfortable with and gave that piece of mind that made the trip more relaxed. We have already told fellow travelers about your site.

We were going to submit a claim for our trip due to the people we were going to visit and continue our trip with were not able to come due to a medical issue, something covered by our contract. When we called we were told to file a claim and a determination would be made 30 - 60 days after our scheduled departure date if was totally covered. So risk all our all our money and some claims adjuster would make a determination later on. We ask for a predetermination and was told impossible. We will think twice before contracting our insurance CSA Travel Protection.

Luckily we had a wonderful and safe trip. But it was comforting to know that we had the coverage we needed in case of an emergency.

Reviewing the type of coverage I wanted was clear and quick. I didn't have to submit a claim so have no input to level of service for a claim.

I did not need to use the CSA Travel Protection, thankfully. An accurate reflection of this plan would come from people who used the coverage.

The plan gave me confidence that I'd be covered IF something happened. Thankfully it was a trip without major mishaps.
