The fact that I didn't have to use it was awesome!

Fortunately did not have to use on my trip but it provided good peace of mind knowing I was covered.

I purchased the insurance for a 1 WEEK NON COVERED BY MY TOUR AS i WAS OUTSIDE THE TOUR FOR JUST THAT WEEK. Thank GOD I HAD NOT NEEDED TO USE IT. but do understand it is good for all trips I take within the ONE year time period of date of purchase.

We were covered and fortunately did not need to make any claim.

Can’t say positive or negative about the plan. Fortunately I didn’t needed any medical help on this trip.

I experienced a death in my family and had to move my trip. I emailed them to see if I could move my coverage to the new date and never received a response.

Fortunately I did not have to avail of my cover (as in many years previously) but I felt comfortable that the cover I required would be there If needed. Thank you.

Only needed medical coverage and fortunately didn’t need it. Great peace of mind.

Served it’s purpose. I’m glad I didn’t have to use it.

Fortunately, I never needed to depend on this coverage. However, it was very good to know that I had the coverage if needed. You know what they say, right? Wash your car, and it will rain. Carry an umbrella, and it wont' rain. Same with insurance. And even though these sayings are not dependable, I was glad to be insured.
