I was able to select all the coverage I wanted at a fair price. Thankfully, I did not have to use it but, felt secure knowing I had great coverage throughout my trip.

I called to file a claim and it was denied. I was told I did not 'purchase' coverage for the claim I was making. Also, I was not advised or asked to purchase coverage in case of the circumstance that I was filing a claim!!!
