I can’t really provide a real opinion. I’ve purchased travel insurance before and, when I wanted to file a claim, it was “not covered.” “Specialists” I spoke with and wrote to were always “very sorry.” Don’t have a lot of faith in any insurance company but don’t dare go without it.
Also won’t be surprised if this “review” never makes it to a place it will be read by other insurance shoppers.

Having not filed a claim, it is impossible to rate any service other than your accepting payment. That is not a criticism, but never having had to insure short-term out of country before, I cannot know whether the cost was appropriate. Neither would I know whether claims would be handled properly.
