Travel insurance is hard to rate when it is not used. I was impressed with the concierge services advertised through this plan. I inquired about an airport pick-up and it was 5 times the cost that I was able to locate through tripadvisor. In trying to inquire about the concierge services, it took me 4 calls to get to the right "office" as I kept getting passed around (I guess this service is not used too often). On the tour, I heard about some much more reasonable travel insurance programs that I will use in the future.

Due to an unexpected medical condition, we had to cancel our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. Our Travel Insured Worldwide Trip Protector Plus plan worked just as we had hoped. We were reimbursed for all of our costs including our visa fees! The claims process was very easy and we got a check in 4-6 weeks.
