I never needed to use the insurance but was good to know I had it. The salesperson I death with on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful, it was an easy process to get the insurance I needed.

Although we were fortunate not to have to use our TruTravel insurance on this trip, we found the ability to compare plans and prices very helpful on the InsureMyTrip web site. This is the third time we have used TruTravel and InsureMyTrip for our travel needs.

Due to Hurricane Sandy our trip was delayed a week. Luckily, we were able to reschedule and had a wonderful life experience.

I am glad that I did not have to file any claims. I paid for peace of mind and the insurance that my flight cost would be covered if I was too ill to travel. Luckily I am healthy for 75 yrs old.

I find TruTravel Super Saver plan to be a very cost effective plan. I didn't need to use it, but it was great to know that the coverage was there without having to spend a lot of money.

Would prefer to see more plans offering primary medical coverage.

I find InsureMyTrip's way of presenting their material easy to follow and use as a cost comparison among the many companies to choose from.

Fortunately we did not encounter any problems and did not have to avail ourselves of the insurance. InsuremyTrip's employees who answer the phone are polite and quite knowledgeable.

We traveled to Europe and had peace of mind knowing that InsureMyTrip would be there if we needed them.
