My husband and I had to cancel our trip. The claim process was arduous. I worked very hard to minimize my claim. I was able to cancel our airline tickets but incurred a penalty fee. The insurance company said they do not cover penalty fees in spite of the fact that we actually saved them $4,600. Very frustrating. I worked in good faith to minimize my claim amount. The company punished me for doing so. I was out of the date range to submit this to my credit card company because this company took too long to resolve the matter. I have appealed their decision, but they have kept me waiting too long. Stay away from this company. I would never use them again.

Did not file a claim, but coverage seemed adequate. We always think the medical evacuation is important , especially when going to fairly remote areas.

Didn't need it so as any insurance , hard to tell when you don't use it. But, if I need it for another trip, would buy it again.
