I did not need to file a claim and was happy with the cost and potential coverages.
However I am not happy about not receiving a partial refund when my tour company cancelled a portion of our trip. I realize when a customer cancels refunds are not given however this cancellation was made by the tour company and now I'm the one at a loss. The $532.06 credit will probably never be used so I'm out over $500. There is no good reason not to give a refund in this case. You had my money for 6 months before the trip started and if for no other other reason than good customer service exceptions should be made on a case by case situation.

I didn't have to use the insurance, but my experience during the Travel Insurance selection process was great.

What a great peace of mind knowing that if something happens I am protected everyone traveling outside the country needs this. One person on the trip did not get this and had to be evacuated and was told the cost could run 100,000 so this offer is a no brainer EVERYONE needs to get this Insurance you NEVER know when you might need Insurance.

Easy to purchase. Easy to carry with in case there was an emergency. Coverage was simple to understand and covered everything I was looking for. It doesn't get easier than that.

Having just had surgery in a foreign country, I felt secure knowing that the plan was in place in case anything unforeseen occurred. Thank God nothing happened, however, I valued the security of having had the plan in place.

Never had to use, but it was nice because there was a chance I would begin some military training that week. Reasonably priced and they sent a trip reminder so that was nice.

We realized how important insurance is when a member of our tour group had to be hospitalized for pneumonia and had to cancel a portion of his trip.

Glad I didn't need to use the coverage but glad I had it.
