The John Hancock plan was fine the problem is with the claim processing by Seven Corners. Very poor handling and service.

Had to postpone the trip due to a family death, we got reimbursed for airline change fees and lost deposit on a rental property. After just one call the claim forms were emailed to us. The forms were easy to complete, and the claim was paid in just under 30 days. Well worth the price paid for the plan.

The claim was handled very quickly and our check was in our mailbox in just over two weeks. The amount of the claim was correct to the penny. OUTSTANDING!!!
