We actually never use it cause everything went well with no problems at all during our vacation which we want! But having an insurance is really nice to have just in case for emergency.

This is the first time I’ve ever purchased travel insurance. Fortunately we did not need to use it. However it gave me great peace of mind that I had it in the event that an unforeseen circumstance caused our trip to be canceled. The reasonable cost was worth the peace of mind.
