I had to change the dates of my trip because of a delayed flight at the outset of my trip. I called Generali and spoke with a representative who made the changes on the spot. I was impressed at the ease with which this happened.

Didn’t need to file a claim so it’s hard to say if plan is good. The cost seemed reasonable in comparison to others.

The best part of having this insurance was the ability to enjoy our vacation instead of worry about 'what if'.

Fortunately we did not have to use this insurance, but we were reassured because we had the coverage. I spoke to people prior to purchasing for clarification and they were very helpful.

In this crazy world of international travel after two years of Covid madness, our travel insurance policy with Generali gave us much-needed peace of mind in dealing with the paranoid travel companies, who have lost sight of the fact that they are in the customer-service business.

The insurance cost was reasonable given that I bought it a year after I booked The initial vacation. I wish I could get coverage for other vacations other vacations such as this For a reasonable price.
