Too strict not open to reasonable negotiation which tells me there's no individual circumstances evaluation. They act and perform like they're big fish and we're super small with little to no importance. There are better choices and will never patronize IMG again!

We found this plan was the best plan to suit our needs. Thankfully we did not need to use it but previously we did and we had no problem with reimbursement. Would never travel without insurance.

I was sick with diarrhea and vomiting and needed to stay an extra night in a hotel. I also needed to get transportation to the next city to catch up with the group once I was feeling better. We chose a train to get from Seville, Spain to Valencia, Spain. You wouldn't cover anything because I didn't see a physician. My husband found a pharmacy and purchased Imodium and sprite, which did the trick. There was no way I could leave the room, I had to stay near the bathroom. I had to spend $673.61.
