Love this plan for protection and peace of mind. I did not file a claim and hope that process would be smooth. This is the plan I get most often.

Was grateful to have coverage given how late I purchased the policy. Still don't know if my claim would have been denied because of the 15 day refund policy. I had no claims.

The plan gave us peace of mind on a month long trip to Australia and New Zealand from the US. We are relatively healthy seniors in our 70’s. We visited cities and rural areas. We walked, hiked, jet boated and rode a helicopter. LWe are very thankful that we did not have to use the plan.

Was very pleased with the process of purchase, the policy covered everything I wanted. I am even more pleased that I did not need to make a claim, :)
The policy gave me a extra sense of security.

Medical only was all I needed and this plan fit the bill. Reasonably priced and I will purchase again for peace of mind.

Very good plan coverage and easy navigation online to get the plan in place. The price seemed a little high, but still worth the piece of mind given that we booked more than 6 months out.

Our trip was originally planned before covid and we finally took it after. The Travel insur plan was extended 2 times and then when finally took the trip, had to get credit for the 1 travel plan and then the credit had to be used to buy a new plan, but by then the travel insur cost had doubled. There were other travel plans that had similar coverage at a lot less cost, but the credit would not apply to them.

We did not have to make a claim, so I cannot comment on that part of the policy. The coverage was good.
