I did not have to worry about losing the money I paid for the trip if I became ill and could not go.
A person on this tour had to be taken to emergency. He did not have insurance, therefore he had to pay a large sum to be treated. I fell on a cobblestone street, but was the only thing injured was my pride, but it could have been me.
On our return three people did not find their baggage. If this had happened to me and it could not be located, I would have been compensated.

unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip to Germany because of my husband's medical issues. The process of receiving a refund was straightforward and reasonable as far as the documentation was concerned. The ticket was refunded in an expedient manner. I was extremely pleased how this whole situation was handled. As a matter of fact, I already had sent an E-mail to the claims' department to thank them for the excellent service I received.

i did not have the need, thank god, to use the coverage this time. however i have had medical emergencies before abroad so welll know about them. the coverage seemed good and fair in price. i have to say i just use insure my trip because they have a wide amount of policiies on offer, explain them well and i like their caring and knowledgeable sales people. so far so good.

I have been a customer for over 10 months, however, whenever we had a question about a policy issues customer service representatives did everything possible to make sure we were not covered. This not good travel insurance. I would recommend you save the money for an emergency fund or splurge for a better insurance company
