We had to cancel our cruise due to my wife's illness. Once I got all the paperwork properly filed, they paid our claim in full just 17 days later. We were pleased that we did not have to put up with a long ordeal of questions and justifications.

As with most insurance, I purchased it for the security. So, if I didn't need it, all for the better. I believe the insurance provided the coverage that I wanted, but I do believe it was a little expensive...no surprise there. I admit that we are old, but in good health.

The insurance product was fairly comprehensive and I was reassured having it. It was not cheap, but not prohibitive either. I will really never know anything about service until I have to submit a claim, which has never happened to date, thank goodness.
