As a relatively healthy senior I might suddenly get ill and would find it difficult to pay a huge medical bill that I might incur while traveling out of the US. Two hundred dollars for medical insurance for myself and my spouse gives me peace of mind.

As we have gotten older, we realized that it would be prudent to purchase medical trip insurance. It may be unlikely that you will need it on a trip, however if you do end up needed it, you will certainly wish you had purchased it. We find that the GeoBlue Voyager policy best fits our needs and gives us peace of mind.

Because of covid we had to cancel and our money from the insurance was returned

For the cost, it was a wonderful peace of mind knowing if something happened to me while I was out adventuring I would be covered. Thankfully I didn't need to use it.

At the last minute I was panicked to find out that my new medical coverage did not cover out of the country so I contacted insure my trip.com and they set me up with a satisfactory policy for a reasonable rate and I traveled with no worries and concerns for medical. It even included accidental death benefit. Thank the Lord we traveled safe no injuries just stomach ache and toothache in which I did not want to take time our of my travel to seek medical attention at that time during vacation. I will use this company again GEO BLUE.
