This plan uses a middle man to process claims. I can't get through the hoop jumping and defective web site to file a small claim. Theses idiots are wasting my time and seem motivated to block the legitimate claim.

Insurance can best be evaluated if you have to use it. Otherwise it difficult to rate. However generally it provided the coverage we thought we needed at a reasonable price.

It's hard to review a product that you didn't have to use (e.g. filing a claim). You can rate it on costs, coverage, and how straight forward their info was. But to truly earn 5 stars requires the unfortunate need to file a claim. I had to do just that for my recent cruise. I filed a claim 3 days after returning from our trip. I received one timely follow-up email requesting some additional documentation which I promptly provided.
They were able to use the documentation provided to certify my claim and issue a check within about four weeks. This is exactly what I like to see in the claims process.
I highly recommend Trawick based on this experience with them!

Due To a fall and hospitalization of my wife, we were forced to cancel our cruise. Trawick gave me the information I needed to file a claim and completed my repayment efficiently and without any issues.
I am happy I chose them for our trip insurance.

Gave 5 stars for everything because it all seemed great and would cover if I had a problem, but I didn't have any issues so I am not sure if it would have gone well.

Can't honestly say whether the plan was good or not... because thankfully we didn't have to use it. That being said, it was reasonably priced when I compared to other plans and covered alot more, than the one offered by RC.
