Having this insurance gives me peace of mind on my cruises. I would never travel without it esp air evacuate, you just never know.

I get this insurance every time I cruise, so far I have had never had to use it. But it is there if I need to.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. We had insured our cruise and the flights to and from. The flight to the cruise was cancelled, and after over 2 months of back and forth, the insurance company declined our claim

I sent in my claim for about $3,000 since we had to end our trip early due to a medical emergency. The claim was handled promptly and I received my full check within a few weeks. Very pleased.
