I never filed a claim, so I can't speak to that. However the plan I selected offered me everything I was looking for at a reasonable price. It was not complicated, the plans were clear in what they offered.

It took a very long time for my claim to be process and there were no email updates about the claim. I had to call to check the status and there was never an email send asking for additional information. The representatives are not that friendly.

HTH Worldwide Trip Protector Classic
The main reason I chose this plan was for the medical coverage. The best part about this insurance is that you pay nothing if medical care is needed. Just give them your card (be sure to print it out before your trip). I was fortunate that I did not have to use it but it gave me great satisfaction knowing I was covered in an emergency.
